I’m only giving 4 stars because the dentist was extremely rude. I took my two children who each have 3 bad teeth, not because they don’t clean their teeth but because their mother has medical problems that caused their teeth to develop a lack of calcium. During the consultation, the doctor said he couldn’t do anything about the children’s teeth because he saw that the children had Coca-Colas with them. And sad I was being a bad parent. tried to teach me about it. If I wanted to be teached I would go back to school. He is paid to do a job, which we pay ourselves with our NI/TAXes I don’t know the professional’s name at the moment, but imagine having a doctor weighing 110/120kg, with his belly button hanging out of his coat, giving you a moral lesson when he should have been eating salads! You don’t need to be a doctor to see that that professional will suffer from heart and circulatory system problems, if he doesn’t already suffer. If it weren’t for the dentist, I would give it 5 stars because the entire team was wonderful, the space is open and comfortable.

Been a patient here for a long time, before they were bupa. No just feel like a lower class patient as I’m nhs. Called for an emergency appointment after having a ” couple of small fillings” done. Pain has just got worse since. Told no appointments for several week due to said dentist being on holiday had to wait a callback the following day. Receptionists had ro ask permission to book me in with another dentist. Told/ fobbed off when saw the other dentist. They can’t see anything wrong/ then contradicted themselves saying we think its no 4, but 5 hurts when we investigate go away till it hurts more and take cocodamol. Make another appointment following week. But suppose least they did call me back, Reception team probably following rules. Had no issues before fillings. Now just in pain. Tried getting a 2nd opinion after speaking to 111. No joy anywhere. Have email other dentist asking advice/ for payment plans

I had an emergency appointment with Tiberiu Lucuta on 15.8.23 as my crown on my front tooth had fallen out. He didn’t have enough time to fix it but I got an appointment the next day. I am an extremely nervous patient but both he and his nurse made me feel really at ease. He explained the extensive work he would have to do to get a good result and I am over the moon with the result. He really wanted to do his best to re-use my original crown to try to save me money as well and due to his patience and expertise he achieved this.
I really cannot thank him enough. The reception team were also amazing. Please ensure everyone knows how grateful I am.
