Many thanks to Bupa Dental Wessington for just being an excellent dentists, I can whole heartedly recommend them to everyone as the service they provide all their customers is just amazing.
The whole team are just lovely caring people, so friendly, re-assuring (i’m a nervous patient so appreciate that immensely), very professional and all dental work I have had done has been top notch.
I have been going to Bupa dental for a few years now following some horrendous dental work I received at a local branch of ‘mydentists’. This left me with a misaligned bite, facial nerve damage, fillings compacted together, bone spurs and tooth damage to the point of needing extractions. This resulted in 18 months of intensive visits to Newcastle dental hospital to try and rectify the mess my teeth/face were left in. Unfortunately after all that time not much could be resolved and I’ve been left with permanent damage and have to take daily pain medication.
So Bupa dental have been an absolute life saver to me as they have helped immensely with all my teeth woes since then, and continue to do so. I feel blessed that i’m in the very kind and capable hands of Chris Hanford, he always manages to ease my nervousness of being sat in the dentists chair as he’s so patient and re-assuring. All of the work he has done for me & his support has been invaluable. Worthy of mention too is that he is 10/10 giving numbing injections, I used to get so anxious getting numbed up but Chris makes it a breeze. I really can’t sing his praises enough as he has made a massive difference to me personally and know the whole team are helping so many others maintain their smiles & dental health. So just a huge thank you again to all the team at Bupa Dental Wessington.

Cannot thank the staff at the Wessington branch enough. I am a brand new patient here at this dentist and I went to the branch for a new patient exam a couple of days ago. I was first greeted by Lucy at reception and also stood with her was one of the dental nurses Hannah, the girls were amazing they immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome and we all had a laugh while I was waiting for my appointment, just what I love when I go to new places I felt so relaxed. I had my appointment with Daniel and his dental nurse Dawn and I can honestly say it is the first time I have ever felt comfortable at the dentist, in the past I have never had good experiences and Dawn and Daniel were so welcoming and made me feel like they really cared. I now recommend the dentist to everyone I know and cannot thank them all enough! For once I actually look forward to going to the dentist, thanks team Wessington 🙂

I have been a customer of this practice for many years. Last year whilst flossing, I had the misfortune to lose half of my tooth. I consulted Bupa Wessington Dental for treatment options and decided upon an implant. The first part of this involved extraction of the damaged tooth and the immediate insertion of an implant. This was a painless procedure (I certainly expected to feel more pain). After a 6 month period of healing, the ‘tooth’ (crown) was fitted into the screw. Would I choose this option again? Absolutely. Chris Hanford was amazing, put me at ease and really knows his stuff regarding implants. All of the staff there are superb and go the extra mile. Thank you so much, from one very happy customer.
