Worst experience ever. Went there to fix a teeth decay that needs to be dealed with asap. They did NOTHING after 3 visits over a mont although I made it VERY clear that I have a 2 months old baby at home and it’s not easy for me to travel many times. The delay get worst after more than a month. Don’t think they known how to working out or what is important!!!!!!!
First time 1 hour registration with consultant who
give me plan to have hygiene first then find out it filling or RCT, did scan, no result, send me home. Such a wast of time!!!
The second time is supposed to be hygiene according to the consultation plan. I booked the session, asked my family to be with the baby, travelled there. Hygienist told me she can only clean half of my teeth. Either upper half or lower half!!!!! That’s the most RIDICULOUS hygiene experience I have ever had!!!!! Why don’t anyone mention it beforehand?!! Who on earth needs to have half of the teeth cleanse? Third time I booked session to have the filling. Went there for one hour. They did the scan again and told me need to do some analyst and let me know is it filling or RCT. The fourth session is booked in 2 weeks and then canceled!!!

My NHS appointment approached! The first time visit, the dentist put in a temporary filling for me to stop it get worse, did the scan and told me it’s a filling not RCT. All I need is another filling session. Everything was done within 15 minute. 15 minutes solved the issue that Bupa can’t solve in 3 hours and 3 travels.
The comparison makes me feel this dental care is a money machine and NOT care about people’s experiences or real needs AT ALL!!!
Recently attended this practice for the first time and met Sarah who performed a thorough hygienic clean of the teeth and provided some good tips for gum care. She was really friendly, polite and we had a good chat in between cleaning! I’d highly recommend the practice from what I’ve seen so far. Parking was easy, receptionists helpful and polite, quickly sent forward to my appointment and over and done with to a high standard quickly and painlessly.
This is absolutely the best dentist experience at Weybridge – my daughter was in to see Emma for her tooth extraction this summer and the care given was FANTASTIC – she even called in the following day to check the progress. And for hygienist, couldn’t recommend Sarah more – she comes very highly recommended too as we have been seeing for a few times now ! Thank you Weybridge Bupa team.
