I recently signed my 16 month old up to this dentist practice, i made an appointment there and then when he only had 2 teeth, I later called to cancel as I thought it was too soon to take him, which the practice agreed with and I was then told to wait till he had a good few teeth before having his first check up (which makes sense) to then be told when I tried to make an appointment today that he has been archived off their list and is no longer able to get appointments with them, I understand the strain on dentists but after only a couple of months of him being registered to wipe him off the system is a joke. The receptionist on the phone was very polite but it’s not fair circumstances. A child’s appointment would take merely 10 minutes is what they told me previously so this makes no sense.
Saw Ankush for my routine check-up and clean. Very pleasant experience with both Ankush and his dental nurse. Ankush took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I understood everything.
Updated 08 March’24. Another appointment with Ankush Patel at BUPA Dental Care, Yarm. Quite a long procedure and, again Ankush and his Dental Nurse, Joanne, were very kind to me. Not feeling particularly great and had to ask several questions repeatedly… Ankush was extremely patient and explained everything fully.
Absolutely delighted once again with Ankush and Joanne. Not only did they do an amazing job but are really lovely too. I was really impressed when my son came and Ankush took time to explain to him the importance of what he needed him to do. It worked! My teenager listened and followed instructions. I’m convinced it’s the manor in which he was spoken to. Can highly recommend. Thank you so much for fitting me in and working your magic. I’ve the confidence to smile again.
