I’d rate them a Zero if it were possible. I paid close to $500 for an oral exam. The admin lady who also served as the dental assistant “kindly” agreed to process my dental referral form, which included their advice and x-rays to give to a specialist. 3 months later, no communication apart from, suggesting I book again and send the form in myself. complete waste of money and time. Clearly BUPA have sent their most incompetent to Fairfield. Don’t go there unless you want to be taken for a ride. Scammers
My dental work has been undertaken to the highest level and my dentist explained exactly what she is doing in simple and understandable language in every step of the work.
I am very happy for choosing this clinic and my dentist.

I regret giving them my money. Careless and incompetent staff who hold no accountability for their mismanagement of customers. Definitively wont be going back there & would advise anyone to stay away and find a better alternative which won’t be difficult.
