WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
Having waited years before finally doing something I was so excited about to having the worst experience. I saw DR Michael to get composite Veneers done. Visiting this clicic 6 times as my veneer chipped 4 times, as told to the dentist this particular veneers was too thin, uneven and not even polished and left bumpy and feeling horrible. Not listening to my wants or needs during my appointment times making me feel like I couldn’t receive the results I wanted. I have wasted my years supply of my Bupa on something I dreamt of having turning into the most awful experience. I have now been to another clinic and have been told I have to have all Veneers reapplied and added too as they were made so thin. Extremely disappointed and left absolutely devastated.
I recently had a fantastic experience at Bupa Dental Morphett Vale with Dr. Vincent Tong. He truly went above and beyond to fix my broken tooth and replace a dislodged root canal filling. Dr. Tong’s expertise and care were evident throughout the entire process, and he made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. Without a doubt, he is the best dentist I’ve ever visited, and I will be returning to this practice and specifically requesting Dr. Vincent Tong for all my future dental treatments. I highly recommend Bupa Dental Morphett Vale and Dr. Tong to anyone in need of exceptional dental care
I have been attending this clinic for many years, they have the best clinicians who are very professional and most considerate and kind, especially our favourite Dr Irene Kim. My longtime previous dentist Dr. stradzs at Reynella retired after my family had been attending his clinic for over 40 years, I look forward to remaining at this BUPA Morphett Vale dental clinic for many years to come….with their young staff I hope my wish will come true. I highly recommend them!
