Dr. Kryssa told me I had level 2 short tongue and needed Frenectomy. And she really wanted to have it done with them. I still went to an ENT Specialist to have it done and I was told I don’t have short tongue and the doctor REFUSED to do any surgery on me. I went to two other dental clinics to get second opinions and was told I didn’t have short tongue at all.
I felt bad it seems i never needed frenectomy in the first place.
They are also charging P100k for a 6 month TMJ. When I spoke to other clinics within BGC and Makati, they charge starting P25k-P35k for TMJ treatment.
I’m saying the price because they can’t give me a breakdown of why the total cost is P100k for 6 months.
On top of that, I was asking for the certificate of diagnosis and they couldn’t give it to me.
When I got to the clinic I was impressed with the neatness and technology that they are using. I was impressed especially with the professionality, patient care and dedication of Dr. Ong and the senior dentist. She was there for me anytime of the day over the phone and as fast as humanly possible for an emergency. Their prices are not low but the location in BGC was convenient and I saw other dentists doing awful work not for far cheaper. It is worth pay the little extra for the type of personal service you get from them. I warmly recommend.
Had a misdiagnose, told me to get a procedure done wanted to be sure so asked for a second and third opinion (asked an ENT) both said the same but after sharing to them still forcing me to get it based on their assessment. Asked for certificate but would not provide me one. Uncomfortable while there and made me feel they just wanted to make money because didn’t give a go signal in another procedure but went ahead anyway… very expensive.
