Not worth giving one star. Since my first visit I thought everything was weird because they wanted to take care of my 2 minors in diffrent rooms. My thought was like i guess maybe because the rooms are small. On my second visit the guy assistant and the short little lady try to numb my under age child with out my consistant and signature. If I didn’t get the feeling of me standing up and checking up on the other room God knows what would they have done to him.
Told the little lady what was her problem and she gave me a really bad attitude like if I was the one with the problem. The lady that makes appointments always on point goes in bad trip setting up appointments when I tell her all the time that I work and I have to call the office back. I let her know because supposedly I had said yes to one since the last visit, like really I think I know my schedule pretty well and I don’t do appointments to no one & yet she threatened me that she was going to snitch on the insurance. This place is not worth your time and my one star. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dr Burkett is the best dentist I’ve ever had in Texas. I highly recommend him and his honest work. He doesn’t do more than what you actually need and his prices are fair. He deserves an award for his work. He did a crown on me and it was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. Even the temporary crown was comfortable and lasted me all the way till when the permanent crown was ready.

Great customer service very friendly place. I had a tooth removed and didn’t feel anything the dentist is a very nice young man everything was fairly pretty good
