I had the highest quality dental experience at BWell Family Dentistry and Spa. Dr. Boutwell and his staff did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, taking X-rays and completing a thorough examination of my gums. The person working at the front desk was really friendly and the check-in process went smoothly. I love the massage chairs and they offer a great comfort menu. The music in the background was an excellent eclectic mix of chill tunes spanning multiple decades. Perfect volume as well. I love the complimentary beverages in the lobby. The office as a whole is very clean and well maintained. Going to the dentist can be a nerve wrecking experience for some people. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, Dr. Boutwell and his staff will make sure you have a peaceful and positive trip to the dentist! I have found my new dental home here in the Upstate and will return in December for my next cleaning.

I had a wonderful experience at this new beautiful dental office. Like many, I’m not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but I was so pleasantly impressed by my first of many visits to this office. The office is brand new and looks amazing. They offer complimentary drinks, they have really comfortable massage chairs, and I love the personalized touch of seeing my name when we got to the little station.
Everyone was so helpful, and friendly! Dr Joanna was so knowledgeable and took the time to exam and explain everything to me. I highly recommend this practice!
