I went to this location for wisdom teeth extractions. The procedure and staff were quick and professional, however I was told I would receive a confirmation email and instructions the day before the procedure and never received anything. I had to call in the morning to see if I was expected to show up 15 minutes early (or any other information) as I had no idea. When I got there and said I hadn’t eaten anything prior, the assistant appeared surprised and said that this is advised prior to receiving nitrous oxide. No fault to herself, but how would I know this when I was never given any prior instruction? There was no communication from the office before the appointment unless I called myself.
I typically go to the Barrie location and find them to be more on top of communication, providing instructions, and follow up.

I was very well received by the entire dental team at the BWG center.
Dr. Rebecca is very kind and human, she helped me in such a difficult time and explained all the possibilities. I am so grateful to have had this experience and for all your patience and kindness. One more point I need to mention, I was able to communicate in my first language which is Portuguese and she understood me because she speaks Spanish which is very similar, this really makes a difference when explaining something so serious. I definitely recommend BWG.

BWG is an amazing dental office, very friendly and professional staff. You are warmly greeted by the front desk lady as you walk in.
Teresa was my hygienist and she was wonderful to work with! Very professional but makes you feel very comfortable. My teeth after the cleaning never looked and felt better. Highly recommend Teresa, and look forward to coming back!
