I’ve been a client for eight years at Cabot dental in Beverly. I am very disappointed in the service I received by Dr Cramer. I went in for two cavities my top molar was not flossed completely at the end of the procedure that the composite bonded with the adjacent tooth, I haven’t been able to floss between theses teeth since. Also my bottom tooth tooth that was worked on was poorly filled that there’s a small hole I can feel with my tongue. I did not eat anything hard and I do not due to my crown. During my procedure the dentist kept talking to the dental assistant about her personal and talking over the drilling. So unprofessional. I do not care to hear about your friends baby and its jaundice. After paying $111 dollars I need to find another practice to fix the mess in my mouth!

Very impressed with Dr Cramer and staff at Cabot Dental. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was excellent . The staff was friendly and efficient, and Doctor Cramer was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Ashley and Dr. Creamer were both good with me 3/6. i had many questions, and Dr. Creamer took the time to patiently answer them. Ashley introduced me to and used a new water spray plaque remover. Overall excellent experience. Would feel good about recommrnding this practice. Thank you!
