It was my first time at Cabramatta Dental Care, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. The receptionist’s transparency and assistance during our initial phone call convinced me to book my appointment without hesitation.
Upon arrival, the staff’s courtesy and warmth made me feel welcome. I arrived early and smoothly completed my first-timer application.
When it was my turn, I met with a dentist whose knowledge and recommendations were invaluable. I explained my situation, and the dentist provided professional suggestions with clarity and expertise. I proceeded with the recommended procedure, including examination, general x-ray, filling, and treatment, and was pleasantly surprised by the dentist’s efficiency and effectiveness.
The pricing was very fair and reasonable, a refreshing change from past experiences. Overall, I highly recommend Cabramatta Dental Care for its cleanliness, professionalism, friendly staff, and knowledgeable dentists. I will be back and will definitely be recommending this practice to my family and friends.
The receptionist had terrible communication. They had one day available only to book for Dr Ben so I was like “alright ok” then the day I come in they say it was on a completely different date. They just said Tuesday 3:45 only. No exact date of Tuesday what? so common sense says it would be the very next Tuesday. I can’t read her mind to understand that it was next 2 weeks Tuesday. And they don’t even send any notification like email or text to confirm appointments until the last day which is pretty useless. I even wrote down the day when I finished my phone call with her so no it was not because I forgot the date. It was on one of the hottest days I had to come in as well.
My family and I have been seeing Dr Ben Nguyen at the Cabramatta Dental for several years. He is very professional, gentle and caring. We never have any issues, Dr Ben will do anything above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy and satisfied with the treatment. His staff are very polite with great customer service. Highly recommend
