I have never had a problem with Cadena Dentistry but today I am sad to say that I did..

When cleaning, my technician used a water pic tool to clean that agitated my gums and caused bleeding which poured outside of my mouth. The cleaning became uncomfortable and the high pressured water struck my gums directly, causing pain. As the cleaning continued, the suction was less used and I struggled with the loading water. When moved to the top teeth with the water tool, my face became drenched in water from the mist and was never dried. We then began flossing my teeth but the floss got stuck inbetween two teeth due to the technician going too deep. She began yanking it hard to where my head followed her movements harshly. There was no brushing of my teeth. We went straight to polishing. After polish, I wasn’t given fluoride (the fluffy contents that I hold in my mouth for two minutes) and instead, was given something on a cotton swab that reminded me of a vaseline texture and color. I was not told what it was or what it did. I was never told how long to wait before food or drink. My mouth felt disgusting after the appointment. My gums were deeply sore, my teeth felt soft and coated with an unknown substance. When I looked in a mirror, my teeth held a gross substance that resembled spiderwebs. The substance was on my lips and made the inside and outside of my mouth feel sticky. I did not feel clean afterwards.

I recently had another outstanding visit to Cadena dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff who knew me by name, adding a personal touch to the visit that made me feel valued and welcomed.
In particular, I must commend Edith for her exceptional care and expertise during my dental cleaning session. She did a fantastic job of not only cleaning my teeth thoroughly but also ensuring that I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism, attention to detail made a significant difference in my overall experience.
I must also acknowledge the entire team for their collective efforts in creating a positive and welcoming environment. The seamless coordination, friendly demeanor, and professionalism demonstrated by each member of your team truly showcase a remarkable level of dedication to patient care.

I had a very good visit at Cadena Dentistry, they took care of me being in my third trimester with a special pillow and were knowledgeable of avoiding certain things. Very nice and warm staff, from the front desk to the hygienists in the back, I’ll be going back for sure!
