I’m sure there are decent people working at Camarena but it is few and far between. Long hold times –
Attitude over phone –
Multiple calls to get anything done –
Referrals – good luck
Accountability – zero
Pharmacy issues – literally almost every time
Since there aren’t many options they just don’t care….. where else are you gonna go? When you do actually get a professional caring person it feels like the skies have parted and rays of heaven are descending upon you. Healthcare in this country is a joke.

I’ve experienced long phone call wait times many, many times. After a follow-up appointment with my provider, I forgot to ask him a question about the recent lab work that he ordered. I left a message for my provider a couple times and he wouldn’t answer my question. After calling the third time, the clerk said that he suggested I make another appointment to go over the lab work (for the second time). It is all to bill the insurance companies once again.
Poor service receptionist are good but if you’re coming from out of town, count on them to reschedule once you get there even if you call to confirm before your appointment reschedule once you get there at least in my case the last few times, but I’m sure you will get a appointment sometime within the year fingers crossed
