Reviews:
I went for a consultation to ask about long-term management of hard-to-diagnose tooth pain and the resulting unilateral chewing. For the chewing, Dr. Sharifi unhelpfully advised me to “pretend to chew on the other side”. When I asked about the need for managing the pain long-term, he was dismissive, expressing unfounded confidence that it could be diagnosed and treated quickly. Eight months later, I am still without a diagnosis and still managing the pain. For the pain, he prescribed Tylenol 3 despite me saying I wanted to avoid anything habit-forming because of the need to manage pain over the long-term, again dismissing my concerns.

Five months later at my annual check up, I wanted to ask about my bite after months of unilateral chewing. Dr. Bhimji used up all the examination time with an unwelcome plaque 101 lecture. At the end of our scheduled time, I blurted out that my bite was messed up. She shrugged and ushered me out. There was not any time left in the exam for me to ask about what has been my main dental concern for many months. Dr. Bhimji recommended that I follow up with a scan of my bite, but I decided that I could likely get better care elsewhere.

If your needs are simple, this office is good at getting you in and out on schedule. If you need someone to care about your dental wellness, I suggest looking for other providers.

I am a difficult dental patient because I have a sensitive gag reflex, but all the hygienists and technicians, and Dr. Nann, were very patient and gentle with me.
This most recent visit, Dr. Ashley did a filling. I am in no position to assess the quality of her repair work, but she did a great job of minimizing my discomfort.
The hygienist was also very quick with the x-ray, which is another skill that contributes to a better dentistry experience for me.
Loved the interaction, the care and the location! Also, they are environmentally conscious such that they plant a tree for every review and have a Terracycle bin for used tubes and such to recycle!! 🙂 Dr. Bimji is always a kind soul, went to her new practice here after she left a different location recently 🙂
