Title: Excellent Service with a Smile
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this great place, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. The staff members were always nice and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to answer any questions I had.
One thing that stood out to me was their willingness to offer discounts upon request. It’s always a pleasant surprise when a business is open to providing a little extra value to their customers. It made me feel appreciated and well taken care of.
Another aspect that I truly appreciated was the friendly atmosphere. The staff members were always welcoming, and their genuine smiles made me feel comfortable and at ease. It’s amazing how a simple smile can brighten up a customer’s day.
The only minor drawback I experienced was the occasional wait time. However, I didn’t mind waiting because it allowed me to receive their undivided attention when it was my turn to be seen. The quality of service more than made up for any waiting time.
Overall, my experience at this great place was excellent. The helpfulness of the staff, their willingness to offer discounts, and the warm smiles made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere.
Horrible experience. I live in Bakersfield and chose this office for my ortho treatment because they were “affordable”. Well jokes on me. I should’ve saved myself my time and gas and paid someone here local. I was my braces on for 3 YEARS AND 4 MONTHS !! A treatment thay was supposedly going to last 24 months. And I still wasn’t happy with my teeth. It was a roller coaster and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Please please don’t go to this place. I had my braces with them for 3 years and they ruined my mouth and not just that they also made me paid to help my tooth come down they didn’t and also charged me extra for that and didn’t want to give me my money back. Please don’t go here it will cause you so much problema. This is how my mouth look after 3 year of braces.
