I have a appointment me and my Daughter with the same Doctor and she speak so ruth with me she ask me if I give to much sweet and I explain no I don’t,and after she said if the parents no buy in the house sweet children no eats.Very unprofessional
When I have my appointment she ask me if I have any medication allergy I explain everything,She ask me what reactions I have after medication I explain and next question was from her Do You Drink Medication With Alcohol? I was in sock how Dentist can ask these questions? Before I going inside I complete the form and I tick I don’t drink alcohol. I ask her why she ask me these questions is no nice and she said to me if I’m ruth with her she invited me to go outside! Verde very unprofessional like Doctor. I received letter at home to find another Dentist Practice they can’t no give me another appointment! I don’t recommend these practice very bad and ruth with the people.

I went to Cape House Dental Practice a few times already and my experience with them has been very pleasant and smooth. I had Dr. Sneha Vara, who is very nice, gentle and experienced. She did teeth cleaning with me, and it was not painful at all yet very clean. Additionally, she was also very patient with me explaining and helping with my issues. Her assisting nurse and the receptionists were all very nice, accommodating and helpful.
