I recently had an excellent experience at Capilano Mall Dental Clinic. From start to finish, the service provided by the hygienist Michelle, dentist Dr. Sana, and receptionist Karen was exceptional.

First and foremost, the thoroughness of the work done by Michelle was outstanding. She took the time to explain each step of the dental cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the experience pleasant and stress-free.

Dr. Sana, the dentist at Capilano Mall Dental Clinic, was highly knowledgeable and professional. She conducted a comprehensive examination and addressed all my dental concerns with expertise. Dr. Sana took the time to explain my treatment options and answered all my questions patiently, ensuring that I was well-informed and confident in the recommended course of action.

The receptionist, Karen, was friendly and efficient. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped into the clinic. Karen was organized and attentive, ensuring that all paperwork and appointments were handled smoothly.

The clinic itself was impressive. The modern equipment and clean environment reflected a commitment to high standards of hygiene and safety. I particularly appreciated the TV screens above each chair, although I had to chuckle at the kiddy shows playing. Despite the choice of shows, it was a thoughtful addition that helped distract and entertain patients during their treatments.

My teeth and gum have been maintained very well with their care. Once my teeth and gum had lots of problems and some dentists said they won’t last long but the Capilano dental clinic team saved mine and look after them. A special thanks to Dr. Kam and her assistant, Azi. They were perfect, and I had three tooth fillings done flawlessly without any issues. Their professionalism and care made the entire process comfortable and stress-free.
