If I was leaving this a year or 2 ago-it would be 4 stars. Thet took care of me and my kids for many years. Then suddenly they wont make an appt for our 6month cleanings. No staff they say. Yet office seemed full….I called many times to follow up-no call back. I finally go in person-they say “no staff we arent taking cleaning appts”. They recommended my son get braces at tgeir last cleaning a year ago-which he got-now they wont clean his teeth when irtho said he needs hos cleanings more than ever with braces. I finally find a dentist that will take my insurance-they call and call to get records-they said no one will call back. Carepoint leaves us hanging and wont see us-yet wont cooperate un helping us get care elsewhere. No excuse for this behavior.

I will not recommend this place Especially if you are an elderly, they make you wait for long hours
Even if you have an appointment unprofessional and I don’t see tha doctor doing any work mostly students that Don’t know what they’re doing they mess up my grandparents dental work I’ll be filing a claim against them

The Only place I found accepting new MA patients so brought my son in.. Dr was not nice at all and seemed mean. Didn’t even go over a treatment plan he just rushed as quick as possible. So I Found another dentist and paid out of pocket.
