Scheduled appointment with Dr. Carocci weeks ahead of time and was cancelled day of due to provider not being in my network. Provided office all insurance information and wasn’t informed until the day off that it wasn’t in network despite waiting weeks for appointment. Received some rather unpleasant attitude from the staff when I expressed my disappointment in being cancelled the day off.
Great dentist and staff!! He is not pushy to have treatment done and won’t waste your time! Hours are great for retired and working class!!!
