Okay it’s clearly hard to find a dentist in a new state. So here I’m calling around unfortunately the person that answered didn’t state her name and was so dry i thought i was in the desert. Proceeded to inquire about a particular service apologized even not knowing the proper terminology of the service. The fact this it the type of person whom is answering the phones whom is like the face of the dentistry lacks medical etiquette and dryness. Definitely a no for me.

Dr. K, Victoria and the office staff at Carus Dental in Killeen were professional, friendly, accommodating and encouraging. I felt in good hands and had all questions answered. I also didn’t feel pressured to have things done that weren’t necessary but did leave understanding what probably did need to be taken care of (crown) and why. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Was not happy with yesterday’s visit, my wife’s appointment started 35 minutes late not counting the 10 minute requested early arrival time. Not convinced a 15 minute cleaning is sufficient twice a year. My wife’s next 6 month cleaning was scheduled for December. We like this climber yesterday was not a good visit. We do like the Doctor, he is professional and courteous
