I’m VERY anxious about dental visits and every member of staff here were lovely and helped me feel at ease. My dentist, Ms Louisa Lau is very professional, talks you through everything beforehand and is very patient if you need to take a break during the treatment. Her assistant was lovely and very encouraging without being patronising and the receptionist was very friendly too. Definitely recommend them if you’re nervous.
Absolutely fantastic dental surgery from the receptionist to the dentist, always feel like I’m listened to when when I have what I feel like is the silliest of questions. Harbir really puts you at ease, I’m an anxious person and she always talks you through everything, she’s very calming and a wonderful dentist! I can’t recommend this practice more!
I had a little bit of hassle getting an app, but managed to get one thank you Courtney, you’re a star . As always great dentist always makes me feel at ease, doesn’t rush me (even though I’m a uneasy patient, only at the dentist ) can and would recommend Castle care Dentist 10/10 from me (thank you )
