After hearing the experience my brother went through with a certain dentist I have decided not to take my daughter and I to this dentist. My brother went in for a root canal only to be treated very poorly by the dentist. The dentist started to drill his tooth when my brother started to fidget in his chair when the doctor threw up his arms and said. “I have never worked on anyone like this before and I have done 100s of people.”. He walked off and they sent my brother home. EVERYONE is different and I can say with experience my roots go deep and it takes more to numb the teeth. I am may not be a patient but hearing what my brother went through they will not be getting my business either. I feel bad for the other people because my brother did say they were all nice to him. The dentist may have had a bad day which we have all been there but he should not have taken it out on the customer. I know this dentist does not care about my business the way he treated my brother. Which this word will spread. My friends and family that were thinking of going here will now be going to someone else. Hope this dentist realizes and learns from his actions. We are all human just like he is. He may have had a bad day but my brother was having several bad days with his tooth and just needed it to be fixed. That is the career this dentist chose. Customer service is part of that career.
The ladies are amazing wanna make that clear from the get go. Nurses and receptionists are all super friendly and polite. The dentist on the other hand has 0 bedside manner. Went in for a root canal. He must’ve been having a bad day. Gave me the shot and started drilling before I was fully numb. Takes me longer to fully numb, don’t ask why. I was fidgeting cause it hurt and instead of saying anything or talking about anything, he throws his hands up and says he’s done, not even 5 minutes in. Everyone has a bad day, the key is to not take it into work. I know they don’t care about my business here, they have plenty of customers but hopefully this will come as a reality check to the dentist that part of his job is customer service and if he would’ve had a conversation instead of throwing a fit, I could’ve had this work done today instead of a week from now
The dental hygienist today (I think her name was Jessica) was fantastic. I have really sensitive teeth and tend to build lots of tartar. She was gentle but also efficient with a really smooth cleaning. Had to take time to post because I rarely get that good of a cleaning. Also had some cosmetic work done today for a gap between my front teeth that I was really nervous about, and the result on that was fantastic as well!
