Reviews:
Edit: She is again displaying her lack of professionalism in her reply to my review by calling me “Katherine” instead of “Ms. Leblanc”. This over-familiarity comes from a feeling of superiority that she has over her patients.
I went here yesterday for a routine cleaning. I have very thin enamel, which prompted Charlotte Page to ask me if I was bulimic and/or using meth. I was completely shocked and explained that I have been consuming carbonated beverages multiple times a day for a few years now (bad eating habits). I actually wasn’t that offended by this because it was relevant to the health of my teeth.
She then asked me if my eating habits were because of depression, as if she were a trusted confidant and not a dentist that I see twice a year. When I said that I guess it could be (just to make her stop), she told me I should go to therapy. It’s absolutely outrageous and insulting for a dentist to be saying these things to a patient. I am an adult and she is not entitled to any personal information that doesn’t have to do with my teeth nor is she in a position to give any health advice that is outside of her field.
She would not drop the subject and kept pushing, saying that I just had to find the right therapist for me. I was extremely uncomfortable and I wanted her to stop. She finally shrugged and said, “well, at least you’re self-aware”.
I have only just now in the past couple of hours started to recover from the shock. I will be reporting her to the Canadian Dental Association and cancelling all future appointments.

Many people hate going to the dentist, and it’s not uncommon to have children crying in the dentist’s chair. However, as a child, I was always excited when I got to visit Dr Weary. She and her competent and effective staff always provided great professional care, and always went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. That service has continued, unwaveringly, decades later. She and her team have helped me maintain and improve the health of my teeth, despite my poor dietary choices and bad habits I developed in my early adulthood. Always eager to accustom themselves to my needs, I look forward to continue placing a well-earned trust into this practice, for decades more to come.
Dr Page and the entire staff are courteous, friendly and it’s always a pleasure going there for all my dental needs.
UPDATE: I recently had a problem with a tooth and was seen the next day. The problem was not easy to identify but Dr. Page and her team figured it out and fixed the problem. I’m very grateful to the whole team.
