Reviews:
After having 2 root canals and filling s put in almost 3 years ago . The filling have separated from my orginal tooth setting and cracked my teeth again.
The pain is unbearable. Also due to the terrible Customer service from the very rude receptionists we decided to close our file here.
After doing much research I discovered that I can aquire my file and my families files as well . However the receptionists again tell me that they do not send them to households only from dentist to dentist !?! There is no Law stipulating that I cannot aquire these files via mail. Or pick them up at the office personally
For over 2 years I was spoken down to by these receptionists who did not read any notes that had been put into my file. As we were out of country and could not make our appointments during those times. I called many times and left many messages and had no responses.
I have sent one final email to the denttist office to once again aquire my file, and am seeking legal action against them now to get my files.
The work they did in my mouth is terrible and I have had pain ever since not my teeth have cracked and the work they did is only causing me more pain.
I do not recommend anyone stay with this dentist Nor try them.
The receptionist does not know how to process an insurance claim properly, fails to keep in contact with the insurance company of why a claim was rejected, and notifies the client 10 MONTHS after the initial visit. Despite the situation being her fault, she had the audacity to passive aggressively shout on the phone with excuses saying that the dentist was closed for 3 months. Even with the closure for 3 months she still had 7 months to contact me. Due to her lack of ability to communicate properly and on time with the insurance company and myself, the deadline to change the insurance claim passed by 24 days. Had she gotten back right away to me, or even a ridiculous time of 9 months later, this could have been avoided.
Overall the receptionist has been very unprofessional, is incredibly incompetent, and is rude to clients. Will not be returning again.
During my visit, the dentist not only raised her voice in a way that others in the waiting area could overhear but also made personal insults that were deeply humiliating. This, coupled with a financial discrepancy where I felt overcharged, compounded my discomfort and disappointment.
Professional interactions, especially in healthcare, should be based on respect and understanding. It’s important for practitioners to communicate with their patients in a manner that is encouraging and constructive, rather than punitive. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this standard, leading me to question the appropriateness of returning or recommending this practice to others.
