My family of five has used these services for a few years. Initially, we had a good experience other than a failed filing once or twice. This week, we had a horrific experience with the Dentist himself.

My 5-year-old daughter had three cavities done about a month ago. She was complaining about pain, so we took her back in. One of the filings failed. At this point, the Dentist told my 5-year-old daughter that it was her fault the filing failed because she was moving around too much when they were working. We were there with her, and this was not the case.

Upon hearing she needed more dental work, my daughter started crying. He then proceeded to tell her he wasn’t going to waste his time fixing her tooth unless she stopped crying and agreed to sit still this time. He aggressively said, “Why are you crying? You have nothing to be afraid of.” A 6-foot-tall male dentist aggressively talking to a 5-year-old child who had just had a hernia surgery six days prior was utterly unacceptable. He was also rude when we said she had to be careful lying back because she just had surgery. ZERO bedside manner.

Being rude to an adult patient is one thing, but this went beyond rudeness. We complained to the manager at the time and expressed our dissatisfaction. We waited three days, and there was no apology or effort to explain the behaviour. We have found a new dentist in Chelsea and moved our entire family’s care over there.

AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS. He had decent dental skills but seemed to be a mean person, well, to children at least.

I had 6 crowns done by Dr. Marcil at Centre Dentaire Limbour in Gatineau, Quebec.The teeth are too big, mis-shaped and uncomfortable. I have had adjustments done on many occasions as a result but he did not resolve the problems. It is embarrassing to smile and I am always in pain. I have been living with the pain for years now. I went back as a last attempt to resolve the issue on Sept 11 2023. He did not address the problems at all and the bite has become even more uncomfortable. I am now in the process of having a new dentist access my situation and replace all of my crowns. Was the worst experience of my life and I’m still paying for his mistakes .

Clinique professionnelle et paisible.
Staff extremement chaleureux et invitants. Aussi, ils ont des technologies/outils qui rendent les rendez-vous plus agreables pour le client.
Surtout pour des gens qui ont des malaises par rapport au dentists, enfants comme adultes anxieux, c’est vraiment sans stress du debut a la fin!!
Je vais ici depuis 10ans deja, fait retire mes dents de sagesse ici, et ils sont toujours en mesure de nous accommode pour quoi que ca soit 🙂
