The clinic itself boasts state-of-the-art facilities, and the dental care provided was top-notch, with the practitioners offering personalized and gentle care. However, it was the admins’ dedication and kindness that truly set this clinic apart. Their efforts to accommodate my needs, answer all my questions, and manage my appointments with utmost care were genuinely remarkable. My family and I have been going to this dentist for about 10 years now. The only reason i’m giving 2 starts is for the hygienist and the staff from 10 years ago. The staff has highly changed. The front desk customer service are argumentative and their tone come off rude. They will take any shortcut to their job and have the patients argue with the insurance. They wait after you are done your treatment to tell you that you need to pay an incentive because they haven’t received the payment from the insurance instantly. When you confront them, they tell you to take it up with your insurance. The doctors are condescending and rude. They don’t listen to patient needs and will gaslight you when you say you’re in pain. They will do unnecessary procedures if you don’t put your feet down.

Best clinic in Vanier. I was greeted by the friendliest and helpful admin staff. I did my complete exam and cleaning here. Dr.Upkeerut is amazing and knowledgeable. Choosing this clinic was the best decision ever and I know my dental health is in the best hands. They do direct billing and gave complimentary whitening kit.I suggest this office to everyone. I am grateful for their kindness and compassionate service. As a happy client I give them 10 stars. Thank you McArthur team. Keep it up
