Awful experience. Rude doctor and rude receptionist. Canceled my appointment without clearly communicating it rather than presenting it as a rescheduled. Impatient doctor with comments such as “they squeezed you in so if you move less it will go faster”!! Receptionist with a temper and zero manners or any will to find a solution. Very disappointed as a customer. If you have other choices for a dentist go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else!
Haven’t been to the dentist in a while and took a chance with this clinic. Very professional and kind staff. I was treated by Dr. Erika Williston who was energetic and informative. Was able to get a first appointment with them very fast too. Staff also uses texts and email to remind patients of appointments. Would recommend
I have been going to this clinic in the last few years. I really like the location, its in the heart of NDG and easy to find parking. The clinic has lots of young dentists and staff and have the latest technologies. They are very professional and offer great services. Highly recommend this place.
