My low score for this place is dictated based on service and customer experience. I went to do teeth cleaning. This place doesn’t have sanding machine which makes a huge difference if you want to keep your “polished “smile for a longer , also I wasn’t ask or offer to place a fluor which based on interview with client should be an option. They didn’t check my gaps with special tooth tape to clean space between them which is crucial when you wear Invisalign. Last but not least, it is nice touch when after cleaning you are offered a mirror to see the result- they didn’t do that. It is a shame small touches like that are not a standard here. That was the fastes ever in my life visit, felt rushed. People were nice but service and customer experience is way more important to me. Lack of equipment and products to make this visit 5/5 and customer service is not there. I know we all have different perspective but these days with all technologie and knowledge we have I think there is a lot to improve and catch up with the standards.

I had an intervention with Dr haddad and 11 months later my tooth crown broke. The crown was not solid enough. Im not direcly accusing her because maybe the laboratory did not produce a crown solid enough. I am disappointed because no matter how many times I complained despite them saying they see no trace of me complaining, they did not bother following up. Im giving 2 stars for the people at the reception who were still kind with me.

the receptionist/ madame front desk is very welcoming with open smile (i hope every receptionist in france is like her)..the clinic is clean..Dr ines samai and her assistant is very good and professional i will definitely come back again to her! thank you so much Dr. Ines samai for rescuing my teeth!
