I would rate a zero if I could. I have been attending this clinic for over 8 years. All of the receptionists are beyond unprofessional and rude, always have been. They will never change and it almost seems the dentist prefers it that way because it just keeps getting worse. I have stuck it out because my kids enjoy the dentist and hygienist. However, the receptionist Melanie has gone too far and has ruined this experience for my children. I have four kids one who is a baby, this year I have had to reschedule several times, now this is because the dentist first cancelled my set appointment I had during the kids day off, being forced into other appointments sicknesses or family emergencies have come along. I was told very rudely that if I reschedule again my file will be closed. I always reschedule within their allotted time frame, when I asked where is this new policy and can she send it to me, she said it’s verbal. Then she went on to say if she would go tell the doctor I have rescheduled 3 times he would just say close it , that I should feel lucky she allowed another appointment. When I mentioned I will confront the doctor if he would rather close out my file than to see my kids she got angry and said he has 20,000 patients and doesn’t care if I’ve been a patient 10 years or not that theres patients over 25 years and now she is definitely closing my file and says there it’s done and hung up. Well, dear parents if you are willing to deal with extremely rude staff, lies and unprofessional staff then yes this is a good clinic, my children have never had any problems with the dentist or hygienist but unfortunately the gatekeepers from hell are the face of the clinic and it is not worth my time. They should feel lucky I PAID for the services all these years as many other friends have since left to find just as great dentist.

Our experience at this clinic was marred by the unprofessionalism of the receptionist. Upon arrival, she was dismissive and rude, ignoring our questions about the appointment process. She seemed disinterested and was chatting loudly on the phone, causing a noisy and unwelcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. When we finally approached her for assistance, she was impatient and didn’t address our concerns properly. Her lack of courtesy and customer service skills overshadowed the otherwise decent care provided by the dentist. Due to her behavior, we left feeling frustrated and unlikely to recommend this dentist to others.

I went yesterday for my children, 2 and 3 years old. It was such a pleasant experience, particularly thanks to Jody. She was so sweet and patient with the kids, she managed to entertain both of them all while cleaning my daughter’s teeth. My kids didn’t wanna leave because they were having so much fun. I’m so happy with my visit, they’re service won me over for good!
