Worst dentist experience i have ever had. Came here for a composite bond fix. When i came the first time, my tooth broke less than 10 hours after the appointment.

When i came back to get my tooth fixed, i was honest with the assistant named Nicole. I told her that i was very disappointed at my previous results due to it breaking and also due to the shape being very unnatural looking.
After Dr. Stevanovic fixed my tooth for the second time, it looked even worst than before. Absolutely unnatural shape, bulky and feels horrible in my mouth (grainy feeling and uneven shape)

When i expressed to Dr.Stevanovic that i was extremely unhappy with the new results, he simply left the room and told me i would get a refund and to go elsewhere.

I still am in disbelief at this situation & hostile environment i was put in simply for speaking up for myself and being honest about the horrible results.

As a business in healthcare , you need to be able to listen to patients wether they are happy with the results or not. As a patient, i have every right to be honest about not liking my results. Telling a patient they are being “rude” for calmly speaking up for themselves is ridiculous.

At the end of my appointment i asked Dr. Stevanovic and Nicole to please shave down my tooth enough for me to not feel discomfort and his answer was ‘no’.
He was extremely rude and condescending and told me he did “his best” and that i could go to somewhere else.

All this to say, I missed 2 days of work and I will have to find an another dentist to fix my tooth as it looks and feels horrible. Save yourself the unnecessary disrespect and go to a dentist that respectfully listens to your needs & concerns.

Consultation pour un traitement de canal avec Dr.Stevanovick et en peu de temps l’intervention est terminee et surtout la douleur est disparue. Il a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer les etapes de l’intervention et ca m’a rassure. Equipe professionnelle et tres sympathique, je ne suis pas un fanatique des visites chez le dentiste mais la je n’ai rien a dire. Bravo a toute l’equipe!

J’adore l’ambiance et le cote personnel du service! J’aime quand Maryline me joue dans la bouche et qu’elle me parle de ces voyages sans que je puisse placer un mot a cause de ces instruments et du vacuum que j’ai dans ma bouche!
