Very unfair service! Their wallet seemed more important than patients dental health. They push and harass people ( myself included) to accept several treatments. I got a second opinion from another dental office and they assured me that it isn’t the first time they’ve had people coming from Lapointe for a second opinion, they thought it was extremely unprofessional that Lapointe was would force their patients to do things they don’t need. I also want to add they charge unfairly and they promise you it will be covered by your insurance and then a couple of months later they call you continuously to force you to pay a huge amount and threaten you that they are sending your information to HR, where you will no longer have a say in anything. I will never return to Lapointe, they should be ashamed.

For years I was very satisfied with centre dentaires Lapointe but lately it’s s been a roller coaster had an appointment in may 2021 was cancelled and rescheduled July 8 then got a phone call it was cancelled then I tried to see the dentist so I phone back and she scheduled me for the ,7th at 8:30am for cleaning & to see the dentist at 8:02am they phone me to cancelled the appts this is really ridiculous now I have an appts on the 12th of July can’t wait to see what will be their excuse this time!!!

Really bad booking services. The 1800 number puts you on hold for a long time. When we got there in Hull, receptionist were not very welcoming. Probably because we were one of the last patients. Also because we were late, they cancelled both our booking even though we came early for the second appointment. Also prices are way too expensive. Probably because they want to max out what they can charge insurance.
