Couldn’t even get in the office to see a doctor. Although I provided my insurance info a week before I was welcomed in with that they didn’t know what my insurance covered and it was different. I’ve had the same dental coverage for 15 yrs and have never had any issue with any dentist in the metro within network. I found this office on my providers site. The receptionist said they could push everything through insurance and anything not covered would be my responsibility. I said no! Meanwhile it’s 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I just will go back to my other dentist and wait. The front desk lady was nice and was trying to do a lot. I’m trying to figure out why she doesn’t have any help

I made an appointment for what I thought was a cleaning. I arrived 15 minutes early to take care of any new patient stuff.
I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before the receptionist came out. Then had to sit and go through their app to fill out my medical history. Feel like they could have sent that before the appointment date. I finally get in to have x rays then get into the room where I thought I was going to have my teeth cleaned. They came in and did the gum probe and said the doctor would be in a few minutes. Apparently this was just an initial exam. I was there a total of a hour and a half. What a waste of time.
