Had an appointment to have a tooth that couldn’t be saved extracted. Dr. Norrie and his assistant Michelle made the experience easy. Both explained exactly what was going to happen and readily answered any questions or concerns I had. It was quick and painless. Great direction for follow-up care as well. The front staff is always friendly, smiling, and accommodating
Chancellor Dental was able to fit me in when I felt I had an emergency, even though I wasn’t a client of theirs. They were kind, efficient, thorough & treated me well. They only did what they felt was necessary & what I wanted done. Thank you to Dr. Darcie & the rest of the staff.
Fabulous experience as always! Tish greeted me on my arrival. Hygienist Vikash was awesome. Dr. Pappas was his personable professional self. Taya completed the visit with great explanation of the billing. Just a thought perhaps an EV charger in the parking lot.
