Dr Linda king and her staff are not urgent in matters. I been waiting on my ADAAA paperwork to be filled out and sent to my job for almost 3 months. I informed dr king that there was a dead line and she was aware. We sat on a telehealth appointment to have paperwork filled out. I get back to work and I am written up because dr king in fact did not turn in paperwork. When I called to get a response on why she said I have to come in but that was not what we discussed. Dr king knows I’m in Florida and she is still covered under my insurance. But she already stated she would fax over paperwork. I am soo upset and it’s sad because the paperwork states I deal with mental illness and need days off from work. So now it’s a different excuse. If I lose my job I am going over dr kings head because this has become a huge issue for me and it’s not fair. I’ve been very nice about everything I have no more patience.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating but the lab nurse argued with me about lab hours and then when I had Labs done two days later she intentionally stuck my arm very painfully. Photo provided. And she yawned 6 times while she was getting prepped for lab work so I’m not sure she was fully awake to do her job competently.

Dr.Lida King Is Very Very Nice And Caring She Takes Time With Her Patient And She Listens And Her Staff is Awesome And Amazing And Caring I Have Had Any Doctors But She Is The Only One That Will Listen And Take Time With Her Patients Thank you Dr Lisa King For Being My PCP Doctor From Marquitta Thomas
