Went there for a cleaning after being a customer for over a year. Hygienist did not do the back of my upper teeth, which was the worst, I can feel the crud still. She wanted to measure my gums which I declined, so she demanded that I sign a waiver that I declined, not letting me read what I was signing, after I demanded to read it I refused to sign. I had an appointment right after for a check-up which I was going to ask the dentist about the crud still on the back of my upper teeth. The hygienist informed me that the dentist does not want me as a client and ushered me to the front desk. Not happy with the quality of the service and the way I was treated by this woman!

Would never go back for actual work after my consultation. Can’t remember which dentist I spoke to but he was extremely rude and made it very clear that my dental issues were my fault even though my previous dentist had failed to do some things properly, causing me a lot of this grief I’m trying to fix. Also spoke down to me like I was a child too. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as the whole reason I chose this place was the fact they can put people under and I’m terrified of needles so it’s perfect, but I wouldn’t trust a dentist who gets so defensive about a complaint/story about a dentist (who also works at a completely different office) who messed up.

First time had my teeth cleaned in Canada. They have been in the business around 40 years. Friendly and professional staff. Yes, they are busy but don’t worry. Their front office called me and offer me an early appointment and I really appreciated. I have been served with Kathy and my teeth feels great! Thank you so much for your service.
