I was trying to schedule a appointment with doctor for an annual check. I called to sheduled a appointment. The receptionist sounds very lazy and not that friendly. She took my appointment without any confirmation and hanged out the phone without saying goodbye. The first I was thinking: fine. Whatever I called for the doctor and but not the receptionist. By the day that my appointment comes, I got there on time. Since i was first time there. I called again to confirm the location(the receptionist never called me to confirm the appointment) the same receptionist lady picked up. I ask her if she could speak Chinese, because I can not hear from the phone clearly. She started to yelling at me though the phone: ain’t I speak Chinese to you ? I told her that I could hear clearly or understand what she just said( I was standing on the side of road) she started yelling : yes yes your Chinese is better than me. My Chinese is bad. I told her i Called to check the location and were not trying to argue with anyone. But I think she is very rude I am going to let the doctor know. She said: fine fine your people just trying to doing anything to get me down. I went to the office told the doctor what happened and I decided to schedule an appointment with other doctors office. It was unpleasant conversation and experience starting from the beginning. And more unpleasant experience since I visited. My point of view is receptionist is important role for a doctors office. She he is connection between patients and doctors. And the bad experience made me even not want to talk to the doctor anymore. I am flight attendant, and I talked very soft in general and I never say hush things to people that I never met before. I don’t get why the receptionist treat the patients like this…

My husband and I have been going to hai sou for thirty years. He calls me his baby because im a crybaby and im deathly afrsid of dental work.
I recommend him because he is not only a great dentist but also because his kindness and consideration always makes us feel at home. His team spoils us, appts are always made to fit your schedule.

Zhe Ge Zhen Suo Zhen De Hen Lan ,Yu Yue Zai Ta Men Zhe Bu Guan Yong ,Shou Ren You Guan Xi De Ke Yi Hou Lai Zhe Ju Shang ,Fu Wu Hen Chai !Bu Gou Zhuan Ye !This clinic is really bad. Appointments don’t work for them. People who have connections or old patients can do earlier. The sign in sheet doesn’t work at all. That’s not nice for new patient. Not professional!
