I’m so HAPPY I found this place! So far, if I like the dentist I hate the billing department or if I like the billing …the appointments don’t fit my schedules, or i like the billing and times but the dentist is an arrogant jerk. THANKFULLY DR.KIM is a DOLL! I have huge dentist anxiety and he goes out of his way to engage with me to help make me comfortable, secure and even laugh. I have a teen and elementary children and they LOVE it here…can you believe that?!? They LOVE visiting their dentist!!! He’s a great dentist and a good person. His team is kind, sweet and accommodating. He’s prices are lowest I’ve encountered but the quality of the dental work is at the very TOP! I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Kim!

I can’t properly describe how we felt about the service the staff at Chino Hills Dental Office provided us. Well maybe I can, it was superb! Let me start by saying that we’re not from California and what happened to my wife was very unfortunate. From the moment I called (frantically I think), they made me feel at ease and welcome. When we walked in, they were waiting for us, prepared with the documents we would need to get started. They treated us like we were family from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs/wants dental care. Five stars just aren’t enough for their rating.

Unprofessional & very rude. Asked me my religion ? Like excuse me how dare you. Will never goto this dentist again. This man talks down to his staff. And was very disrespectful. He is aggressive and rough told him it was hurting my mouth and he acted like he didnt care. Never experienced nothing like this in my whole life. Dr. Kim should be investigated and shut down
