Reviews:
Absolutely loved the two young girls who saw me for the actual dental work. Very friendly and gentle. Actually listened to me and kept me calm as I suffer dental anxiety. Absolutely cannot fault them in the slightest. Got my tooth out super fast and pretty much pain free (the anaesthetic injection was the worst bit!). And it was a bigun! I even haven’t had any post extraction issues as they packed it before leaving so I have barely needed any pain relief at all. Very impressed.

However, the two receptionists really let them down. Being my first time and not knowing how it worked, along with the dental anxiety and being in pain, it would be nice if the receptionists had some kind of kindness and empathy. Instead of barking at people, being generally grumpy and making the patients just feel like they are a nuisance. Obviously these two ladies are absolutely sick of their job, and that’s probably understandable, but they need to not be taking it out on patients who are already dealing with enough. A kind tone, some patience, and maybe a touch of friendliness would really go a long way. I was made to feel like an idiot both when it came to handing my form over and then again after the procedure was complete. Despite being told I could pay online within 20 days I was made to feel like giving me the bank account and reference was a major hassle. Not what is needed when one is emotionally vulnerable after being stressed out.

They only see you if you a winz beneficiary but if your a hard working tax paying citizen supporting your family that lives week to week don’t bother they don’t care about you and are happy to see you in pain and potentially dye of blood poisoning due to a rotten tooth
