I did not had a good experience. I went a teeth cleaning and I spent 2 hours in the office and did not get the cleaning. Person who was assigned to me did not know how to work the equipment and was constantly looking for help. When the doctor came in he stated the obvious that I needed a cleaning. They try to up sell me a treatment for more than $2000 and charge my health insurance. Federal Blue indicated that It could not be done until 90 days passed. I have never had to wait for a cleaning before. Probably they the outrages charge and had them wait. The strange thing is the dental assistant already started the process of deep cleaning but had to stop. This was very frustrating. I just wanted a simple cleaning but its terrible how companys want to up sell such a simple service. Bad service and will never return to this dentist. I’ll be sure to mention my experience to friends and also to my health provider.

Hello everyone, I wanted to tell you about my experience with Christie Dental. I went to their Southwest office location and was impressed with the Customer Care provided by DDS Ortiz and his wonderful staff. Both in person and over the phone, their team is professional and caring. I had a problem with a tooth that two other offices stated there was no problem. However, the pain persisted and became excruciating.
My procedure was an extraction, painless, well-performed procedure, and once the tooth was removed, there was no more pain. I was also pleasantly surprised with the aftercare. I had no pain. I can’t thank Christie Dental enough and highly recommend them to you and your family for all your dental needs.

I went in as a new patient. While they all seem nice enough, they definitely tried to upsell me, especially with procedures which are not covered at all by my insurance. I expressed that this was a concern but it didn’t seem to phase them. While I will continue there as much as insurance will pay, I’m not sure if I’ll be a loyal patient or not (at this point). Another turn off, I called and left two messages for Shelly, the hygienist, to return my call.. one and a half weeks later, I’m still waiting.
