The wait times are horrendous. There is no point in making an appointment because no matter the time you book and you get there for you end up waiting 30+mins on top of that.
I don’t know why they are always behind. My appointment was for 12:30pm and it’s 1:15pm and I was told by the receptionist that there is still one other person in front of me. But you are more than 5-10mins late you get penalized.
I don’t understand why they make your appointment times so strict but cannot hold it up on their end. The waiting is always full and there are not enough chairs.
I decided to get my Invisalign’s here and now I am stuck until I finish all my trays but I wish I went to a better dentist office. It’s infuriating to expect someone to wait an additional 45mins + for an appointment, assuming that their clients do not have anything else planned on that day.
I recently reached out to the dental office regarding updates on my tooth bonding procedure, and unfortunately, my experience with Nicole left much to be desired. Despite being the customer seeking information, I was met with unwarranted attitude and prolonged wait times on hold during each call. It’s disheartening that as a customer, I’m made to feel frustrated and disregarded when simply seeking updates on my procedure. Nicole’s demeanor during our interactions only added to my dissatisfaction, as her attitude failed to reflect the professionalism expected from customer service representatives. As a paying customer, I expect better treatment and communication from the dental office. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in customer service for future patients.
Dr. Hughes is a dental wizard! I went in expecting the usual dental drill (pun intended), but Dr. Hughes turned it into a dental party! His chairside manner is top-notch, and his jokes had me forgetting I was even at the dentist. Plus, his magic tricks with dental tools deserve their own show. Who knew getting a filling could be so entertaining? If you want a dentist who not only fixes your teeth but also entertains you in the process, Dr. Hughes is the one to see!”
