I went to get cleaning as usual with Dr Chung (female) for a stranger to walk in as my dentist politely asked what was going on and who she was she was the new dentist….wow i was never told my dentist left the area to start a practice in Washington State it was an unpleasant surprise. This new dentist was nervous, scared to touch my teeth I went from deep scale and planing to my teeth gums the same as when I walked in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE!!! HAD HAVE THE HARDEST TIME TRYING TO GET MY RECORDS SINCE LAST YEAR THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING WELL WE’RE ONLY OPEN ONE DAY A WEEK NOW ON WEDNESDAYS…PATHETIC. FINALLY GETTING MY RECORDS TODAY BEEN 7 MONTHS. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION YOUR TEETH WILL NOT BE CLEAN SINCE DR. CHUNG LEFT
Nice and efficient dentists. Went for check-up and cleaning. The dentist explained a few things to me (gum recession, proper flossing technique) and I was happy with the explanation. They didn’t try to push extra services onto me. Overall I felt like my health was their primary concern.
I just finished the process of a root canal and crown. My crown looks great. I couldnt be happier with the result. The staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable.
