Reviews:
Went recently as a new patient. From walking through the door to leaving, everyone was friendly and helpful. The dentist I saw ( Pam) was brilliant. I went in for an examination knowing that I had a loose filling. Not only did I have the examination, but my teeth were cleaned and the loose filling replaced. It’s a busy practice which I prefer as it’s shows how popular they are. Can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Took my family member there this month and felt utterly unwelcome by the stinking behaviour and mannerism of both receptionists and consultants (except one mid age British lady with the glasses, she deserves recognition for being nice and polite). They should know that people go there for a reason, not because it’s funny or exciting. I won’t go into much detail, however it seems that people from unprivileged background are not supposed to be there.
Took our autistic son today
Spoke to Rav(the male dentist) beforehand to say son may not enter or let him look in his mouth.
Our son wouldn’t enter the dentist,so I went in and explained the situation and Rav took the time to come out to our car to encourage and try and have a look.
Not many dental practices would do this and we are really grateful.
Rav is now going to write a referral so our son can be seen by a specialist.
