I’ve had my fair share of “interesting experiences” in the past with other dentists here in the Edmonton area, and most of the times it has only seemed like they only cared about how to make more money off of me. This lead to major trust issues, so I’ve just been holding off getting my teeth done until I go back to my home country in Europe. This past March, I was in a desperate need of a dentist here and a friend of mine recommended Dr.Mel, I was hesitant at first but my first time having a check up with her reminded me of the amazing quality of service that I’ve received back in Europe.

These past 2 weeks I’ve been going in to get some fillings done and I’ve been truly amazed how fantastic this office is, the staff is so friendly! And I couldn’t recommended Dr.Mel enough, she’s been so honest and professional. I’ve been quite traumatized in the past, and Dr.Mel has truly changed my experiences, she’s extremely gentle, fast and communicates with you through out the process. I seriously can’t recommended her enough, and I could honestly keep going on about the amazing experience I’ve had with Dr. Mel! Thank you!!

Started as a new patient at this office on Friday and have been very impressed with my experience.

It was 1.5 years between dental visits so the cleaning and scaling took longer than normal but my hygienist was social and kept me updated as she worked. She was helpful in telling me about dental care in Alberta and what to expect from the province.

Reception was very welcoming and polite.

The dentist was very helpful in explaining the steps that would be taken with my prospective treatment plan.

I have always been treated with respect and a cheerfull, positive attitude by all the staff. I appreciate the pre-appointment reminders and, when I needed to make a scheduling adjustment, I have always been accomodated. The clinic is comfortably appointed and equipped with the latest in dentistry technology and technique. Dr. MacDonald is the finest practitioner of the dental arts I have ever known – and I qualify as a volume consumer!
