I attended City Smiles about 4 years ago after seeing an ad they were running on implants. I have since been back a number of times.I have seen 4 of the dentists in the practice. The only dentist who didn’t damage existing veneers and crowns in my mouth was the dentist who did the first implant.
I have 2 porcelain veneers on my front teeth which cost me $5000 are noticeably chipped and supposedly reshaped, another dentist chipped a rear crown when he put one very large useless implant in the space left by 3 extractions.
When pointing out to them the damage they did both said where, where. ?The damage is obvious so if they can’t see chipped crowns and veneers I would be very concerned for future work.
I will not be returning.

Came here for a check up after a long time due to fear of dentists and had a check up that seemed ok. Treatment plan of 9 fillings was given which I believed however I went to get them carried out elsewhere as I also wanted orthodontic treatment. At another dental clinic I was re-examined as they said my X-rays were blurry and was given an entirely new treatment plan with 9 points of difference showing how terrible my first exam was. Have emailed to engage with the clinic and was told off for my dental hygiene, brushed off as a difference of opinion and now ignored. Highly advise you not to go to this clinic as their examinations are not to a good standard and customer service is poor.
Best dentist place I’ve Been in my life. All the staff receptionists were lovely including Thien who was so welcoming and made sure my experience went well and smooth which it did I got 2 wisdom tooth removed and I was out the door in what felt like under 5 minutes and no swollen or bruising in the days following. The clean and filling I had was so careful, precise and no pain and dentist constantly checked to see if I’m feeling okay! Both procedures were with different dentists and I cannot recommend this place enough I would definitely come back to this dentist place again and again they’re so so good!!
