I was petrified of dentists from bad experiences in my younger adult life. So petrified that I lived with a hole in my tooth (very painful) for one and half years living on pain relief and numbing gels. I needed to get it sorted. I was recommended claregate dental practice. They are truly amazing. They understood my fear and how petrified I was & made me feel so at ease and had my tooth out with no pain or dramas. I have been back 3 times for other treatments and no issues what’s so ever. They are very patient, kind and very professional putting your needs first. I have many appointments to have this year and now my dread and fear has gone. My work life is very busy and they do their best to work appointments around my schedule.

If you need to a dentist then I highly recommend, very professional, very caring, very reasonable with prices.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years. Its service is very family-orientated. Puts the patient at the heart of its service. I recently had a very invasive procedure, for which Mr Gupta demonstrated the utmost skill and kindness in explaining and undertaking it. He even rang to check how I was after it, something that one no longer expects but appreciates. Becky the hygienist is pleasant, experienced, and gentle, so you leave without feeling sensitivity in your teeth and gums. Kerry, the receptionist has a lovely manner and is very efficient. She always goes the extra mile to try and accommodate people. All the Staff are so pleasant and accommodating that it is one place you don’t mind going to when in pain or otherwise.

The staff at the Claregate Dental Practice are welcoming, professional and efficient. The reception area is always clean and relaxing with engaging videos showing the latest procedures available. Mr Gupta always engages in a light-hearted conversation and along with his other staff makes you relax irrespective of the procedure you are about to have. The appointment system is efficient with email and text message reminders. I have had to call for urgent appointments and got in the next day! Definitely 5*.
