I had worst experience in customer service with receptionist. She even doesn’t care if she is talking to customer and her responsibility is to provide customer service. She is very rude. I was scheduled for 2nd cleaning as I got cleaning 4 months before. The receptionist called me but I was busy at work couldn’t respond to her call. Next day, I had conversation with her and also informed her I want to reschedule my appointment, so she informed me they are closed for Victoria Day and they have 2 days cancellation policy, and it’s 1 and half day so she needs to charge me for late cancellation fees. I requested her as I am gonna be there second time and I gave good amount of business on first visit, so please give me some relaxation as it is not that late. But she was not willing to even understand or listen what I am saying which made me angry. She didn’t adjust which is worst. If you guys are not here to get repetitive clients as per the receptionist tone, then why are you in even business. I will never like to visit this dental office. As she said, they have plenty of clients who give them good business then we also have plenty of dental clinic. Thanks but no thanks for your worst customer service and basically looting money of customers.
Update: about this reply, I have already tried to talk to you but as stated in this comment, I got very absurd responses and bad customer service. Plus, this reservation was made 4 months ago, so if i was requesting to make an exception by some hours only, I was not doing or expecting anything wrong. So, don’t reply to this comment as if you care about customer as you don’t.

Dr sandhu is rude and has no chair side manners for her patients. I recently went in for 2 fillings and with one side of my mouth frozen, she said to me “can you keep your tongue on the side that I’m not working on”. Her tone was rude and belittling. She does not speak to her patients with any kindness or respect. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and previously she also spoke to me with harshness. Although it’s close to home, I will not be returning. After reading all the previous negative reviews, I’m not surprised that this was my experience with her.

Find another dental clinic, there are plenty in the area. I won’t be giving this dentist any billables.

Very welcoming office staff the office manager is a sweetheart and the dentist is mindful, thoughtful, as a patient she wanted to know everything and made me feel so welcoming I would highly recommend anyone looking for new dental place.
