0/5 for emergency cases handling ! 2 useless appointments with painkillers prescription (wasted 2 days), did not help me at all. Intern handling emergency cases can only prescribe a treatment, no intervention.
4 weeks to have an appointment for an emergency case !
Beside treating my pain with a root canal treatment (which was done day 1 by another dentist), i received a long quote for dental implants… like if this was the priority for me…
Too bad because the receptionists are doing a great job.
I made one appointment in December for the first days of February went and they didn’t attend me because they “can’t confirm the preview day trough my cellphone), I have an Austrian phone. I try of make a new appointment and the staff was very rude and offer me an appointment on the 15 th of March (45 days later). I just reached another clinic of the same brand and they offer me one appointment five days after. Wouldn’t recommend, worse customer service.
The entire staff is amazing and helpful (I even brought my 2 year old, last min because my babysitter canceled, and one of the lovely nurses carried him around and entertained him!). After breastfeeding my baby for 18 months (and the general wear&tear that being an exhausted mother is) , my skin was looking WRECKED, and Dr. Sofia is “the ninja of wrinkles”- she gets everything done quickly and gets such great results!
