I would not go back there for sure. The service was professional as my previous dentist. The reason i went to them is due to a strong recommendation from a close friend. However, the price is 3 times more than my previous dentist. I have their bills as proof. Dr. Nuyen Ly wanted to do 5 teeth refilling and charged me 943$ in the next appointment and i was shocked by the bill, so i called my previous dentist and went back to have a free check up. My old dentist told me that he has been following my case for 2 years now and i only need to do three drilling, there is no way that i need to refill the other two and bill is only 320$ for the next appointment. On top of that, Beau et Bien charged me 75$ more for the service panoramic that i told them clearly in the beginning not to do because i already had x ray done in my previous dentist. Next day i pointed out over the phone asking why they still charge me that, they reimbursed me and apologized for their mistake. I am stating the object truth for other patients for reference.

I had bad experience at this dentist clinic. (1) I had waited for a long time at this clinic and not one care me. OK, your were busy, I understood. But could you tell me how long it will take to wait? It feels bad to be ignored. (2) I want to make an appointment for my teeth cleaning and I had an other clinic’s exam report (only 5 months ago) already, but they telephoned me that I must buy their exam service. If I won’t, they can not provide me the teeth cleaning service. It is unreasonable and Waste of medical resources. (3) Trust me, the service attitude of this clinic is really bad! If you find its Google ratings, you will know why. I regret to contact them for making appointment. There are some dentist clinics in this distinct, I don’t only choose you. Now, I prefer to choose other clinic. Beau et Bien clinic has a really terrible attitude, let me disappointment.

Staff isn’t very friendly except Dr. Binh who’s super patient, sociable funny and makes you feel at ease. Had an unpleasant conversation while getting my teeth cleaned here concerning my appearance (I have acne), it was very discomforting to hear and am reluctant to come back… It’s rude and insensitive to point out things on someone’s physical appearance, it could worsen their insecurities when they already are in the first place. Please train your staff to do better. Second hand embarassment much.
