Tout un choc lors de mon premier rendez-vous depuis que Nathalie Clermont a vendu la clinique (qui offrait un service hors pair). Je me suis sentie un numero. L’hygieniste qui s’est occupe de moi ne s’est jamais presentee et ne m’a pas dit un seul mot de tout le nettoyage. J’avais l’impression d’etre un betail qu’on devait s’occuper machinalement avec zero fibre d’humanite. Le summum du mauvais service a ete quand le nouveau dentiste est arrive et que j’ai simplement questionne que je devais payer 95$ en sus pour une radiographie panoramique. Il a refuse de faire mon examen dentaire en osant me demander de revenir une autre fois !

Worse dentistry ever! I have a crown on the front tooth done at this place 2 years ago. It falls down every 4-6 months. Two times I came to the clinic to re-cement the crown, it was charged to me. Personnel blamed me, saying it’s my fault that crown fall out. Three dentists in other clinics who glued my crown back said that job was not done properly and now I need to make a new crown, otherwise this re-cementing process is going to be endless. Highly recommend to avoid this place. Unprofessional service hidden behind a glam looking interior.

Dr Etienne Giguere and his team are simply put awesome.
A team filled with compassion and understanding. My whole family very much appreciate the dedication of the whole team. Dr Giguere in my book is great, new techniques and bilingual, we have placed our trust here which was earned. I recommend to anyone.
